Personal Property returns have been mailed to anyone holding or owning depreciable tangible personal property which is used in a trade or business or for production of income. These returns must be filed in our office, on or before May 1, 2025.  If you think you need to file and have not received a schedule, please contact the Assessor’s office.

Personal Property reported after May 1st deadline shall be subject to a penalty.  Impositions of these penalties are mandatory.
